I make a lot of sketches.
Only a few of them get turned into a painting. And once I finish, I archive those sketches and pretty much never look at them again. This past week several people have asked me if I ever sell my sketches.
Frankly, it’s never even crossed my mind to sell sketches.
But it’s an interesting thought so, I’m gonna try something I’ve never done before. I’m offering nine recent sketches, matted and ready for framing. And I’m offering these nine dirt cheap.
Contact me through the website or at azorch@sbcglobal.net to let me know which one you’d like to own. These are original pencil sketches on Moleskin journal paper that I use for idea development. All of them are various small sizes, sketched on location. Each sketch will be display matted under 8 x 10“ white bevel cut mat, to protect the artwork. I may be biased, but I feel like this is a great way to start your own collection of original art. $50 per sketch, plus $10 USPS shipping and handling. (Outside the US, please contact me first as shipping varies dramatically from country to country.)
First come, first serve served.
UPDATED: SOLD OUT!
